Who we are
Fido N Feline is a pet products brand based in Edison, New Jersey, and a sister brand of Vibhsa.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send your order confirmation email.
- We may cancel or refund an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
- Product colors may vary slightly from the photos depending on your screen.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full card details. Your card is charged when you place your order.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses only. Standard shipping is free on every order. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Returns and refunds
- Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and we pay the return shipping.
- Opened items can be returned within 30 days, less a 20% restocking fee.
- Items that arrive damaged or incorrect must be reported within 2 days of delivery, with photos. We will send a replacement or a refund, your choice.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive and check the return.

Using our products safely
Always supervise your pet when using our products, follow the product instructions, and stop using any item that becomes damaged. Toys are not edible. Check your airline’s rules before flying with a pet carrier.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
